Return Process

  Contact our customer experience team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unused beauty products in their original shipping box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the Return Authorization code is included inside.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send your parcel via a tracked courier service to our returns center; please retain your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.

  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
